  Extremely irritated! Avoid this location unless you are willing to wait forever. I arrived and was placed on a waiting list. I was #1 on the list and still ended up waiting over an hour just so they could tell me that I was not the authorized person under our account and would not be able to get my upgrade. I don’t understand why the person greeting you at the door is unable to check this before having you waist your time but apparently only sales people are able to ask for you phone number to check this! What was even more frustrating was the three employees (ladies) sitting down chitchatting the entire time I was there, and come to find out one of them was the manager! Are you kidding me! There are about 10 people in line with less than an hour to go before you close and this is how you manage your store!
